𝙁𝙡𝙪𝙞𝙙 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚𝙨 explores how images can be re-seen through change. When everyday objects are dismantled, placed side by side, or transformed, they no longer serve a single function. Instead, new relationships and sensations gradually emerge through the act of looking.
Chan On Kei reconstructs high-heeled shoes to reflect the body’s posture and constraints shaped by social norms, while Fan In Kuan transforms everyday forms, allowing familiar objects to reappear in unfamiliar ways. Rather than offering fixed interpretations, the exhibition invites viewers to slow down, to linger, and to experience how images remain fluid—opening up multiple possibilities of perception and imagination.

Fan In Kuan holds an MFA in Fine Arts (Sculpture) from Taipei National University of the Arts and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Based in Macao, she is engaged in both art education and artistic practice. She has long participated in various sculpture promotion initiatives and lecture programs. Her works have been exhibited and collected in Macao, Taiwan, and elsewhere. In recent years, Macao has served as her primary base, where she continues to devote herself to sculptural creation and exhibition.
Fan's work combines stone and metal, using the flexibility and luster of metal to balance the hardness and weight of stone, challenging the conventional image of sculpture as cold and rigid. With smooth, refined lines and a natural, elegant presence, her sculptures express a meticulous and disciplined sculptural language, bringing a vivid sense of life through tactile experience.

Chen An-Chi holds an MFA in Art and Design from National Taipei University of Education and a BFA in Visual Arts from Macao Polytechnic University. She has also undertaken an exchange at the Department of Sculpture, National Taiwan University of Arts. Her work has received the Honorary Award of the Oriental Foundation Plastic Arts Award and has been selected for major exhibitions such as the 13th International Ceramics Exhibition Mino, the Jingdezhen International Ceramic Biennale, and the 24th Taoyuan Fine Arts Exhibition. She has exhibited in France, Portugal, Serbia, South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Macao.
Since 2015, her practice has focused on high-heeled shoes as sculptural metaphors for female identity and vulnerability. Drawing from personal bodily experience, she explores the tension between confidence and pain, beauty and injury, reflecting women’s negotiation between social expectations and self-identity.
